The room rate will be $118.00 per night plus 12.10% tax and a tourism assessment fee of $1.25 per room, per night. 2008 Fall Institute This year's conference will be held in St. Louis, Missouri on Tuesday, November 18 - Thursday, November 20, 2008 at the Marriott St. Louis West.
