Please use the form below to contact NARHC staff regarding account updates that need to be made. The information being updated can only be on your own account. We cannot update another employees account with your information. In this instance, a new profile needs to be created and we will de-activate the old employees account. If you need an account de-activated please fill out the persons name and email address below in field 4.
