NARHC 2021 SPRING INSTITUTE - HYBRID
Registration Opens January 2021!

The NARHC 2021 Spring Institute's Live Portion will be held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk! 

 

Member Rates will be given to those who have already renewed their 2021 membership. No refunds will be provided if membership is paid after registering.

NARHC Institutes are put on by the only national association dedicated strictly to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). A wide range of rural health professionals will be in attendance including CEOs, CFOs, Physicians, PAs, NPs, Clinic Managers, Billers & Coders.

Earn Continuing Education CreditsTBD CME from AAFP (for MDs, PAs, NPs) and TBD CEUs from AAPC (for coders).

Room Rates: Under the the room block National Association of Rural Health Clinic, room rates begin at $195/nightThis rate is not guaranteed through 3rd party online booking services.

Reservations: Book your room at https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/SATRS/G-NAHC, or call 877-803-7534 and reference the National Association of Rural Health Clinic to receive the group rate. Make reservations as early as possible. The block will close February 19th, 2021, or when full, whichever comes first.

Overnight Parking: In and out privileges will be extended to overnight guests. Parking rates are subject to change.

Self-Parking: $23.00 / night + tax
Valet Parking: $49 / night + tax

Event App: If registered for the in-person conference, prior to the event you will receive an email from TripBuilder Media with your login information to our Event App. Read and follow the instructions within the email and you could win a $50 Visa gift card! For those who have not used our app previously, this is a vital piece that will enhance your experience at our conference. It will also allow you to have the chance to be entered into the Prize Drawings happening on day 2 of the conference!

Requirements: All attendees must wear a mask while attending the conference and while in the conference space. 

In-Person Cancellation Policy: In lieu of cancellation, your registration will be transferred to the virtual conference. The difference in cost will be refunded. You may substitute attendees if advanced notice is provided.

Additionally, we are now offering an online course, the Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (CRHCP), with the final exam online. This course is a separate registration fee.  If you want to attend both the conference and the course, you will be required to pay both registration fees.  For more information on the CRHCP course Click Here.
