I am checking temps and symptoms two times daily and I am wondering if anyone has found a process or equipment that makes your employee screening easier and negates the use of an FTE. We've looked at 3 software approaches, but none of them take away the need for an FTE to manage the program. Looking for suggestions on how to still perform screening, but remove the FTE aspect of it. Thank you, Sherri Koepp, LVN, MHA, CRHCP

Hi Sherri
My organization invested in a Wello Temperature kiosk. The machine scans ones temperature and prints a sticker showing the individual has been screened with the date and time, and that the temperature is in normal range. This machine also prints a picture of the individual on the sticker. The employees and patients are required to be scanned upon entering the facility.
