Beginning in July, CMS was supposed to automatically adjust all RHC telehealth claims to reflect the $92 telehealth per visit rate that was submitted up to July 2020. Does anyone know when this will happen and how these adjustments will be reflected? Also, how will it affect secondary claims? Thanks, Scharlette Fason 8/4/2020 @ 3:23:00 PM

We just recently got a check from Palmetto that had no explanation and

Novitas is our MAC and we've received 2-3 remits with the additional payment. It's listing the 1st payment as a -, then the corrected payment. We then subtract the difference and post the extra money--it's ranging in amounts from approx. $2-$6 which makes up the difference...hope this helps Rose
