So we have obtained our status and should get our Medicaid rate set next week. 

Do we need to bill Medicare Advantage plans as a RHC. I'm told this is pretty much a wash, but I wasn't sure if there were any ramifications for NOT billing them as a RHC.

You will need to contact each of your Medicare MA plans to negotiate your contracts in order for them to pay you your AIR

Depending on what your AIR is set at will determine if it is worth negotiating with your Medicare MA plans

you will have to negotiate a contract with them for your RHC encounter
rate, I am sure some of RHC consultants can give you advice for terms on
flu shot reimbursement and other RHC specifics
