Is there any specific rule that says all RHC providers must be certified in ACLS and PALS? I have checked our medical bylaws and have not found anything. Thanks

Both RHC accreditation organizations, TCT and AAASF, require that all staff with direct patient care/licensed staff have at least BSL. Some states required ACLS or PALS as either an RHC requirement or as a licensure requirement for the clinic or the providers. It is best practice to have all clinical staff current on BSL. Check with your state but I would recommend that it is done as best practice regardless. RHCs have to be able to provide emergency care which would include life-saving skills.
