This year CMS released several codes that are no longer eligible to be billed stand alone in an RHC facility. Here are the list of codes and website link; 10060, 11721, 12001, 20604, 11750, 11765, 20600 and 69210. https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Coding/OutpatientCodeEdit/OCEQtrReleaseSpecs In order to get reimbursed for these services as an RHC facility, what steps need to be taken? In order to bill under Part B, would we need to carve these services out on the cost report? Thanks!

This is a problem that NARHC is aware of and to my understanding that the association and our legislative affairs staff is in discussions with CMS about why the codes were removed from the QVL list.

Has there been any developments on this? Because we have a podiatrist who uses 11721 quite often, this is impacting us financially. Thanks.
