I am wondering if anyone would be willing to share their job descriptions for the Clinic Medical Director, Supervising Physician Director and the Lab Director.

Thank you!

The role of an RHC medical director and the role of a supervising or collaborative physician are two different roles. 42 CFR 491.8 describes the medical director role. Also, the RHC medical director agreement has to be comparable to other medical director agreements to meet 42 CFR 431.65. The role of a supervising or collaborative physician will vary by state licensure and scope of practice regulations. The same is true for a lab director. The physician or NP/PA can be the director of a CLIA waived labs. More complex labs require a certified or licensed medical tech or clinical lab person or pathologist.
