All of our RHC's are PCMH and we have been very aggressive in implementing new measures. One of their future measures includes surveying patients with questions regarding their ability to pay for food, transportation, prescriptions and housing. I am good with asking these questions, but feel that once asked and answered, cant be ignored. I was just wondering if anyone else was implementing these questions as part of a quality measure and how you were handling. |
