We continue to do some of our visits telehealth but many of our providers still feel uncomfortable with many aspects of the video visit. They make good points that they never received training or education on performing visits electronically, so they feel that they cannot perform adequate care. Does anyone know of resources/education for clinicians to hone their telehealth skills? The providers and staff are comfortable with coding/billing/documentation. Its tips and tricks for telehealth clinicians is what we are looking for. Thanks in advance if anyone has advice.
