Can someone please assist with the problem we are having with claims payments that include CPT II codes? What is the reason that you cannot include them on your claims? Some get through and the claim is processed, others do not and the claim is returned. 1/15/2021 @ 12:58:00 PM

My RHC claims that had CPT II codes on them never paid for the OV. We now split those codes off to Part B as they are really just reporting measures we have performed.
