Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal Now Open

The Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal is now open. This is the required reporting portal for the various provider relief fund payments most RHCs received such as the general allocation payments and the May 6th Rural Distribution.

This reporting should not be confused with the portal for the $49,461.42 RHCs received for COVID testing which remains www.RHCcovidreporting.com
