How are other RHC's reporting/billing for a patient visit with the nurse for instruction on self injection of a medication? The patient comes into the office, brings their medication and supplies. The nurse provides instruction and then has the patient administer/inject the medication while in the office to ensure the patient has a full understanding of the process.
