Just watched the Information Blocking webinar and went back and watched the HIPAA webinar from January. In the January webinar there was a lot of talk about proposed rules, is there a place I could find the new rules?

The new HIPAA Regulations are still in Proposed status. The comment period closed last month. We are expecting them to be finalized later this year.
