We have a definite need for  CCM in our practice, however, we are using paper charts.  Are there any exceptions to having to use a certified EHR?

Thanks,

Hi Bobby,

We are also still use paper charts. Hoping that will change soon, but, we were able to implement CCM. We used a system called Cross TX that covered our bases for the EHR requirements. It is a like a tracker/registration software. A grant we participated in paid for a subscription to the system. I am giving you an email. If you reach out here, I think you may find some assistance.
