Hi Joyce,
The 9-1-21 Illinois Medicaid COVID-19 Fee Schedule states, "Please Note: FQHCs, RHCs and ERCs must submit COVID-19 vaccine administration codes fee-for service separately from an encounter claim, even if the vaccine was administered during a face-to face encounter with a practitioner." https://www2.illinois.gov/hfs/SiteCollectionDocuments/COVID19FeeScheduleM0201ChangeEffective09012021Final.pdf Does this help?
