Does anyone have any insight on reimbursement for monoclonal antibodies therapy for under insured patients.  A lot of our commercial carriers are applying payment for the administration of the therapy to the patients deductible.  We are not billing the medication as we are getting this at no charge to our office.  We are only billing the M0243.  We have billed this code to HRSA for uninsured patients and are getting paid for those.  I am aware of a under insured program but from what I am being told it is only for vaccinations of under insured patients not treatment or testing for Covid-19.  Any help anyone can offer would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
