Comments Due Monday, September 9th on the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule

Make your voice heard on the many provisions impacting RHCs!

In early July, CMS published the 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Proposed Rule, containing numerous provisions with significant impacts for RHCs.

In case you missed it, NARHC wrote an article summarizing the proposals and also hosted a webinar that we encourage you to review!

Every year when these proposed rules are released, CMS accepts comments from stakeholders (like you!) While NARHC will be submitting comments on behalf of RHCs across the country, we encourage you to add to those comments by using this tool.

All you need to do is type in your name and contact information and you’ll have the opportunity to send a message directly to CMS on the key RHC-related provisions in the proposed rule.

We encourage you to customize this message by including some information before the first paragraph, such as details about your clinic, the community you serve, and anecdotes about how some of the proposed changes detailed in the comments will affect you.

Your support for these comments will go a long way toward ensuring that the positive changes will be included in the final rule and that some of the proposals will be reevaluated or reworked to better support RHCs. Comments are due by September 9 at 5 pm ET.
