NARHC 2025 FALL INSTITUTE


NARHC 2025 Fall Institute will be held at
Peppermill in Reno, NV!
Dates: October 20-22, 2025 (M-W)
NARHC Institutes are put on by the only national association dedicated strictly to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). A wide range of rural health professionals will be in attendance including CEOs, CFOs, Physicians, PAs, NPs, Clinic Managers, Billers & Coders.
Earn Continuing Education Credits: CME from AAFP* (for MDs, PAs, NPs, and some RNs) and CEUs from AAPC* (for coders). If CRHCP certified, you can earn your conference attendance maintanance requirement if your certification expires at the end of the conference year. To see what year your certification expires, visit "My Profile" on narhc.org.
*Average continuing education credits range from 14-16

Conference Code of Conduct
NARHC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all conference attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, board members, and staff. This Code of Conduct outlines expected behavior and procedures for addressing unacceptable behavior.
Expected Behavior
- Treat all participants with respect and professionalism.
- Communicate thoughtfully with others and be considerate of differing perspectives and experiences.
- Uphold the integrity and mission of NARHC in all interactions.
- Comply with all venue, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form, including but not limited to race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or professional affiliation.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior during sessions, lunch, breaks, or networking events.
- Unwelcome physical contact, sexual attention, or inappropriate comments.
- Misuse of conference space or resources, including unauthorized recording or distribution of session content.
- Unauthorized solicitation or promotion of products, services, or business ventures in the conference space, including session rooms, common areas, and exhibit halls. Business promotion is limited to approved sponsors and vendors in designated areas only.
Photography & Media Use
By attending this event, participants grant the National Association of Rural Health Clinics the right to photograph, film, and use their likeness and voice in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.
Reporting and Consequences
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to a NARHC staff member. All reports will be handled confidentially. The association shall prohibit retaliation, reprisal or harassment by any attendee against any individual for making any report or notification raising any good faith questions or concerns related to unacceptable behaviors. The association shall take appropriate action, in accordance with the policy against any attendee who violates the non-retaliation statement. NARHC staff have full discretion to interpret and enforce this Code of Conduct. This includes determining what constitutes a violation, taking appropriate corrective action, and removing individuals from the event if necessary.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Immediate removal from the conference without refund.
- Prohibition from attending future NARHC events.
- Notification of relevant authorities when appropriate.
