Hello, How are RHC's billing Medicare Advantage plans for Non-RHC Services that are still considered payable just not under the AIR? The Medicare Adv plans will be billed for the RHC AIR on the UB04. But what billing method are others doing for the remaining services? Are these services being billed on a 1500 form? Also same question but with quality measures using the CPT II codes, those codes are not valid on the UB04. How are practices sending these to the MA plans? Thank you in advance! |
