We are a provider based RHC and have several APRN NP's that we employ. We are located in the state of Kansas. As an RHC, can they have their own patient panel and be assigned as a primary provider? Are they reimbursed the same AIR as an MD or DO? Any and all information to consider in this process would be appreciated. Thank you!
