Does anyone perform EKG in the RHC Clinic? If so, what is the process and how is it charged out.

Yes we do at several of ours. In RH, you have to split the technical from the professional. So you will be the 93005 to your Part B MAC on 1500 if independent and if provider-based under your hospital Part B to the Part B MAC however the Part B claims are submitted. Then the 93010 can be bundled with the billable face-to-face encounter done same day or can bundle with a visit 30 days before or after. If no visit to bundle with, then the 93010 is not billable alone.
