Has anyone had success reporting Category II codes to Novitas? If so, which rev code is used and will they accept zero dollar amounts or do you have to submit as $.01? Thank you! 7/30/2020 @ 8:43:00 AM

as in HCPCs? If that's what you mean, we use them under rev code 270 with whatever the charge is...and of course use the CG & 25 modifier

Hello - we submit with a $.01 with rev code 0521 - we have not had any issues
