I am getting denials on managed care differential rate claims (Medi-Cal) starting with DOS 10/01/20. with CO-B7 _ Contractual Obligations- This provider was not certified/eligible to be paid for this procedure/service on this date of service. Was there a change in billing that started 10/01/20?
