I need guidance of where to change the medical director using PECOS?

This does not get changed on PECOS. The Medical Director is updated on the CMS-29 form. This should be submitted to your State Office of Rural Health.

I believe the Medical Director is also supposed to be listed on the 855I along with CEO and Board Members.
