Where would I find the requirements and responsibilities for the Medical Director?

They are included in several sections of 42 cfr 491 and Appendix G. I have a job description that I would share with you that is abstracted from the federal regulations. If you state has additional supervisory requirements, you would have to add those. If you email me, I'd be glad to share.
