The Biden Administration announced yesterday the intended plan to end the COVID-19 national emergency and public health emergency (PHE) on May 11, 2023.

Over the last several months, many provisions and waivers have been de-linked from the end of the PHE (such as telehealth and Medicaid redetermination policies), but certain waivers will expire at the conclusion of the PHE. Stay tuned in the coming week for a NARHC News article on the details of these RHC-specific and RHC-related provisions, and reach out to me with any questions in the meantime!
