The Biden Administration announced yesterday the intended plan to end the COVID-19 national emergency and public health emergency (PHE) on May 11, 2023. Over the last several months, many provisions and waivers have been de-linked from the end of the PHE (such as telehealth and Medicaid redetermination policies), but certain waivers will expire at the conclusion of the PHE.
